Personal Training in San Francisco
It’s time to lose that muffin top of a mid-section and perfect your body. Gaining a strong fitness base and the knowledge to keep oneself healthy and well-rounded will require an investment of time, dedication and money. My mission as a Personal Trainer is to educate clients how to properly perform functional exercises and to learn how to create their own routines as quickly and safely as possible. Clients learn to be aware of their bodies at all times and about the ways the body is naturally supposed to move. Let me educate you on how to successfully live a healthier and longer life, lose weight, increase strength, endurance, balance, flexibility, agility, and much more, or recover from an injury or inactivity. Attain the fitness of an athlete – and I’m not talking bowling – as you finally take control of your health.
Want to learn how to perform push-ups, pull-ups, and other very basic functional exercises to their fullest extent? Don’t be the oaf that performs partial reps or needless cosmetic exercises. Be the Learned, who looks great and leads an active life into the future because of great form today. Let me help you get there.
- Education and safety-based
- Form is the utmost priority and focus
- Functional carry-over to daily life situations
Hiring Mark Leffler as your Personal Trainer is most likely the best investment you will ever make.
Mark also offers small group training classes for those interested in the benefits of working out with others, including its affordability.
